Welcome to a full-day, immersive experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your creativity.

We’ll begin our day together in a gentle opening circle — easing into the space, setting intentions, and arriving fully, just as you are.

I’ll guide you through light, nourishing movement and meditation to help you land in your body and your breath. From there, you’ll be invited into reflection with your journal — a chance to dream, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been tucked away in the busyness of life.

Throughout the day, you’ll be cared for with a cozy, beautifully curated charcuterie spread and snacks — all meant to be enjoyed slowly, without rushing.

And then… the magic.

You’ll have hours of open creative exploration at thoughtfully designed stations where you can play, follow your intuition, and create just for the joy of it. No pressure. No perfection. Just curiosity, expression, and ease.

We’ll close the day in a soft, grounding way — so you leave feeling nourished, inspired, and more like yourself again.
